Hey All,

I'm a 21 year old Aussie.

I'm am actress, singer, dancer, musician, writer, and lawyer in training. I know, they don't really seem to fit do they. But, then again, before I decided on studying law I contemplated: Drama, Medicine, Vet Science, Aeronautical Engineering, Languages (I speak a little Japanese), Psychology (majored in that im my Arts degree), Ethnomusicology, being a pilot in the Air Force.... you get the point. My interests are wide and varied. A friend of mine (who is studying law too) recently said that she can see us at the end of the year (when we've finally finished) deciding that we don't really want to do law, but that we have suddenly decided that we want to do medicine (and spend another 5 years at uni). And it's highly likely that that will happen.

I'm a restless person by nature. I can't sit still for hours on end without doing things. I'm continually moving, even if it is just the bobbing of my leg in a lecture that seems to go on for hours. My mind is constantly wandering, and my lecture notebooks are filled just as much with little notes and drawings, as they are with actual lecture notes (thank god for the internet, anything I miss in class is on the net).

I want to travel, and see the world. I've been to Japan and now I'm currenlty in the USA for the winter season, learning to snowboard, making new friends and having a blast. Next stop will hopefully be Europe. But no matter how far I go or how long I stay away, Aus will always be home, and I'll always come back to it. There is nothing like flying over Sydney Harbour and seeing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House in all their glory. You definitely know you are home.

I'm currently at the Universtiy of New England. Nearly finished my degree (4 years over, 5th year to go), hoping to go into criminal or medical law, or into the air force.

I'm into horror movies (mainly the psychological thrillers, not so much the chop people up ones), and the same goes for books. Stephen King is my favourite author, and Supernatural is my favourite show.

Everyone has something they love to do. For me it's anything in the arts world; music, drama, writing. I sing (although not necessarily in front of alot of people), play flute, piano, piccolo, saxaphone and some clarinet, (this I have done in front of lots of people - I'm a flute player normally and played with the Sydney Olympic Band in 2000), dance, act, and write continuously (although I don't always let people read what comes out). My sister regularly tell me that she can hear me singing in my bedroom when she is in the loungeroom (at the other end of the house) or vice versa. I don't think I know how to keep quiet. I discovered Supernatural Fan Fiction late last year, and I am amazed at the sheer amount of talent out there. I have recently started to post my own work and am constantly surprised by the feedback I get.

Give me a musical instrument and I can probably play it, give me a piano, a song, and the first page of the written music and I can probably finish the song. I have an ear for music. Music like that runs in my family. I beileve music is the key to the soul and your emotions. Everyone can name at least 1 or 2 songs that mean something to them, that remind them of how they felt, what they were doing, who they were with. Music can evoke a feeling or memory you thought you'd forgotten, someting that nothing else can trigger.

A couple of friends and I were talking about the quote "good friends will bail you out of jail, but your best friends will be sitting next to saying we should so do that again!" and how funny it is that in our circle we have 2 lawyers, a psychologist and a journalist, all of whom would be sitting in a jail cell trying to pool our academic qualifications into something that will get us out of jail even though we are probably too smashed to see straight! They are the best sort of friends you could ask for. People that will let you have your dreams, shoot you down when you need to come back to earth, drag you out for a night on the town even though you don't want to and end up having the best night of your life. Friends that you can cry on their shoulder, they can cry on yours, bitch with, laugh with, perve on gorgous guys with (the Supernatural boys being the guys of choice atm, Jensen Ackles is so easy on the eyes :P) and know that you will be friends for life.

I live by 3 rules: You can do anyting and be anything you want and that if you're going to do something, do it well, whether it be something amazing or something that doesn't work, put all your effort into it and have some fun along the way. Most of all enjoy the ride, it's not really that long so make the most of it.
